Unclaimed prizes after 60 days become property of Lamar Township Volunteer Fire Company.

All raffles are drawn after all chances are sold out and will be streamed live on the Lamar Township Volunteer Fire Company Facebook page.

Winner names and raffle entries will be posted on LTVFC.org; winners will be contacted via Lamar Township Volunteer Fire Company.

Ticket sales are a non-refundable donation to the Lamar Township Volunteer Fire Company, unless otherwise approved.

The Lamar Township Volunteer Fire Company may issue refunds if raffle sales decline or close early.

Winners of prizes valued $5,000 or greater will be issued a W-2G tax form.

All items that can be ship must be prearranged after winner claims prize. The winner is responsible for all packaging, shipping and insurance cost in advance of shipping. items to big to be shipped via standard mail will either need to be picked up or freight shipped at winners expense. the LTVFC is not responsible for lost or damaged prizes after item is left with shipper.
